摘  要:经几年来对240个玉米品种(系),62841株的调查,从中发现54个品种(系)出现种子带毒苗,平均带毒苗率为0.56%,最高的6174×墨黄二为27.03%。后经过对25个品种(系)进行田间种子带毒苗率的测定,有16个品种(系)出现种子带毒苗,带毒苗率为1.23%~6.90%。经过种子存放时间、种衣剂包衣和不同温度处理种子带毒测定结果表明,玉米种子存放31个月后,所携带的矮花叶病毒仍具有侵染活性,种衣剂包衣和不同温度处理也不能使病毒失去活性。通过不同种植方式带毒测定结果证明,地膜覆盖种植可大幅度降低种子带毒苗率。因此,地膜覆盖种植对降低初侵染源具有明显的作用。Investigation on 62 814 plants of 240 corn varieties lines,showed that the seeds of 54 varieties carted maize dwarf mosaic virus(MDMV).The average rate of viruliferous seedlings was 0.56%;the viruliferous seedling rate of 6174 x Mo Huang Er was the high- est with 27.03%.The viruliferous seedling rates of 25 varieties were tested inthe field.The results showed that there were 16 varieties with MDMV in seeds and the viruliferous rate were 1.23~6.9%.The viruliferous seeds were treated by storing,cultivating with differ- ent measures,and at different tempertures.The results showed that MDMV was also ac- tive after stored 31 monthes and temperture treatment could not make MDMV lost activi- ty.The research for the cultural methods showed that plastic mulch cultivation could re- duce the viruliferous seedling rate.Hence,the plastic mulch cultivation has the action of re- ducing primary infectious source.
