摘  要:烟草业是云南的一重要支柱产业,对云南的经济发展有着举足轻重的作用,烟草的品质决定了此行业的发展,烟草品质的提高有利于成品烟的色、香,味决定的品级的提高.在影响烟叶品质的众多因素中,微生物是一个重要因素,因此对烟叶(烤制)的微生物区系研究,就显得由为必要.我们对昆明烟厂9种烟草样品中的真菌和细菌等微生物区系状况进行了研究,从样品分得真菌 11属,93株,其中曲霉属( Aspergil lus)15株,占绝对优势,细菌8属35株,其中芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)10株,为优势菌在初步探讨了路南各地的9种烟草(复烤)真菌及细菌区系的组成、数量及优势种群的基础上,还初分析了这些微生物在烟叶发酵过程中的作用及问题.Tobacco business is one of the mainstay business and plays a main role in the economic development in Yunnan. The quality of tobacco determines the development of this trade. Improving the quality of tobacco profits improving the grade of end tobacco determined by its color, smell and taste. Microbe is one of the main factors to influence the quality of tobacco. Therefore, it is very important to research the district strains-of microbe in (flue-cured) tobacco. We have researched the district strains of 9 kinds of tobacco samples from the Kunming tobacco factory. 11 genera and 93 strains of fungi were isolated from these samples and in it 15 strains of Aspergillus were absolute dominant. 8 genera and 35 strains of bacteria were isolated and in it 10 strains of Bacillus were dominant. We have initially analyzed the action and problems of the microbe in tobacco fermentation based on initially inquiring the composition, number and dominant population of fungi and bacteria district strains in 9 kinds of (flue-cured) tobacco from every districts of Lunan.
