摘  要:对6只大白鼠舌表细菌计数,结果表明,细菌总数从第一段舌到第五段舌递增约2个数量级,绝大部分细菌栖息于舌表乳头的“深沟”中;共分离纯化 1304个单菌落,其中硝酸盐还原阳性菌 308株,阳性菌检出率从晋尖向舌根递增,即硝酸盐还原菌主要分布于舌表后半部分;对硝酸盐还原细菌进行鉴定,优势菌为肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae),葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus),莫拉氏菌属(Moraxella)和奈瑟氏球菌属(Neisseria).Tongues from six different rats were used in this study, each tongue was cut into five equal length sections. The enumeration of total bacteria in rat tongues show that, there was a 2. 0 log10 unit increase in the density of bacteria from the first section to the fifth section, most of the baeteria inhabit in the deep defts in rat tongues' surface. From a total of 1 304 strains randomly isolated from different isolation media and tongue sections, 308 isolates produced nitrite, the density of nitrite producing bacteria increase between the anterior and posterior end of the tongue. The dominent nitrite producing bacteria were Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus, Moraxella and Neisseria.
