RP—HPLC法测复方酮康唑乳膏中的两种有效成分

摘　　要：用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法，在一根μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＣ１８钢柱上用ＵＶ检测器，对云南某制药厂生产的复方酮康唑乳膏中的两种有效成分酮康唑和丙酸氯培他索进行了分离测定．其实验结果与标示量相比较在９６．０％～１０６．８％范围之间，回收率为９５．７２％～９９．２６％，此法可用于这类药的质量控制．A procedure has been developed for the simultaneous determination of ketoconazole and clobetasol propionate in compound ketoconazole cream provided by a certain medical plant of Yunnan Province. It uses RP-HPLC on a u BondpaK C18 column with a UV detector. The result is between 96. 0% and 106. 8% comparing to the given quantity. The recovery rate is between 95. 72% and 99. 26%. It can be used to the quantity control of this kind of medicine.
