摘 要:研究了新试剂1-(4-安替比林偶氮-2-萘酚(AAN)对铜的选择性的光度测定方法.在NaAc-HAc介质中,铜与AAN形成络合比为1:1的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为505 nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.22 x104L.mol-1,cm-1,铜量在 0~1.6μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律.已应用于粗铅及水样中铜的光度法测定、无需特别分离.方法简便、快速、准确.A highly seletive method for spectrophotometric determination of copper with a new reagent, 1 - (4 - antipyrinylazo) - 2 - naphthol is developed. In the NaAc - HAc buffer medium, copper forms a red complex with AAN in molar ratio of 1: 1 and its maximum absorption of is at 505 nm. The molar. absorptivity is 2. 22 x 104 L. mol-1.cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0 - 40 μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in lead and water without special seperation. The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate.
