野拔子挥发油化学成分的研究

摘　　要：本文应用毛细管气相色谱－质谱－计算机联网系统对野拔子挥发油的化学成分进行了研究．以ＯＶ－１石英毛细管住分离出２６个峰，用质谱法鉴定出２１个成分．其主要成分（质量分数ω）为芳樟醇（３４．１７９％）、百里酚（２２．１１８％）、橙花叔醇（２０．２１１％）．对－薄荷－１（７）－烯－９－醇（４．１７８％）、３，５，５－三甲基－２－环戊－１－酮（３．８４８％）、α－蒎烯（２．３１３％）、２－甲基－３－丁烯－２－醇（２．１０１％）等．占总挥发油的８８．９５ ％以上．并应用气相色谱归一化法计算其各成分含量．The chemise components of the essential oil from herb of Elsholtzia rugulosa have been studied by means of the GC-MADS. Twenty-one constituents have been identified from 26 separated peaks. The major constituents are linalool (34. 179% ), thymol(22. 118% ), nerolidol(20. 211 % ), p-menth-1 (7)- en-9-ol(4. 178% ), 2-cyclopenten-1-one, 3, 5, 5-trimethyl(3. 848 % ), α-pinene(2. 313 % ), 3-buten-2-ol, 2-methyl (2. 101 % ), etc. and make up to 88. 95 % of total oils. The content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method.
