摘　　要：报道了Ｉｎ２Ｏ３，Ｆｅ２Ｏ３以不同比例掺杂于ＳｎＯ２后材料的气敏特性．实验结果表明，掺杂后材料的气敏特性随成分、烧结温度。The gas sensing properties of doping Pd,Fe2O3,SnO2,CaO, MgO in In2O3 material were reported in this paper.The experimental results showed that the doping and sintering temperature had the big influence for gas sensitive properties of In2O3 material.
