青铜轴套失效分析

摘　　要：用光学金相和电子探针等分析手段，对铅青铜轴套内表面出现凹坑及碎粒造成磨损失效进行了分析，结果表明：铅青铜轴套中存在有数量较多、颗粒较大的氧化铁硬质点，在运转过程中易产生剥落，导致轴套内表面产生碎粒及凹坑。This paper analyzes the reason of failure of leaded bronze shaft sleeve that there are many concavepudde and pellet on its internal surface by opticalmetallograph and EPMA.The result show that there are somany fexrric oxide which is larger and harder in theleaded bronze shaft sleeve that the interal surface isweared and teared by it,then lead to failure.
