海南岛水资源可持续发展对策

摘　　要：在剖析海南岛水资源特征及社会经济发展远景规划的基础上，就强化水资源管理、提高水利拦蓄能力、积极补充和合理利用地下水、充分发挥丰富的海水资源优势展开了海南岛水资源可持续发展对策的讨论。文章还指出，海南岛海水资源和海岸资源的开发宜实行“双管齐下”的方针，即在东海岸可结合优美的自然景观优势发展热带海岸旅游业，西海岸可大力发展海湾工业，以推动海南岛的社会经济发展进程。Based on the analysis of water resources characteristics and perspective socioeconomic program, strategies to the sustainable development of water resources in Hainan Island are discussed on strengthening the management of water resources, enhancing the storage capacity of water conservancy, recharging actively and using rationally the groundwater, and bringing the superiority of rich seawater resources into full play. This paper also shows that the strategy of 'working along both lines' is adopted: developments of tourism in eastern coast with fine scenery and of baybased industry in western coast to make great progress in the sustainable socioeconomic development in Hainan Island.
