摘　　要：描述了原子分子碰撞实验中为提高实验精度对束流靶点进行高精度在线监测和调控的原理与方法，给出了系统的结构和调控结果。n order to improve the experimental precision in the atomic and molecular collision, a automatic monitoring and control system for the beam bombarding point on target has been set up. In this paper, the principle and structure as well as the results of operation of this system were presented in detail.
