利用磁暴预报地震的研究

摘  要:研究了磁暴与地震的关系,结果表明磁暴中的垂直分量极大值变幅比值与中强以上地震有较好的对应关系。分区统计华北、西南和西北10~20年资料,得到各地区极大值变幅比值异常距发震日期的最佳时间段。当地震孕育过程已确认进入短临阶段,利用上述方法可提供预报发震时间指标。在预报震中区方面,发现有些地震在发震之前,其震中附近的磁暴Z日变幅比其他地区明显增大,超出通常磁暴日变幅随纬度升高而增大的规律,显示出地区的差异性。按照上述方法,对1993年华北地区地震进行检验,效果良好。Through study of the relation between magnetic storm and seismicity, the authorshave found that there is a better corresponding relation between the maximum variationamplitude ratio of the vertical component of magnetic storm and moderate and strongearthquakes. On the divisional statistics of the data observed for 10~20 years in NorthChina, Southwest China and Northwest China, the best time~period of the ratio anomalyof maximum variation amplitude in each region before earthquake date can be obtained.When seismogenic process reaches the short and imminent stage, the time index for earthquake occurrence can be provided by the above-mentioned method. As for the prediction ofthe epicentral region concerned, it is found that before earthquake occurrence, the dailyvariation amplitude of magnetic storm Z near the epicenter is obviously greater than that ofother regions, which breaks the regular rule that the daily change of normal magneticstorm increased with the higher of latitude, and appeared difference with each region. According to the method mentioned above , earthquakes occurred in 1993 in North China havebeen tested.
