摘　　要：根据本院将盖商住楼所处立交桥闹市区位置进行设计，力求创造具金融、商业和居住为一体的多功能建筑物，其特点为：底框结构；庭院布局；居住空间与户外空间相结合。The dwelling building is located in down town area near by an overpass road bridge.It is designed as a multi --functional building to accommodate financial and commercial offices and shops,and residential quarters with improved conditions. Features of the design lies in bootom frame structure,courtyard layout,and residential houses with open air places.
