摘　　要：利用ＥＬＩＳＡ法的ＡＦＢ１试剂盒测定了食品、饲料等样品中的ＡＦＢ１含量。本方法重复性好，ＲＳＤ＝７．８％，灵敏度为２．５ｐｇ，平均回收率为８９％～９５％，其结果与ＴＬＣ法比较有较好的相关性，且灵敏度高于ＴＬＣ法１６０倍。本法具有快速、简便和一次可批量定性定量的优点，适用于食品。おn this paper reported on the determination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in foods and feeds by an EnzymeLinked Immunosobent Assay (ELISA) kit. The method was proved to be rapid, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility. The average recovery was 89%～95% and its lowest detection limit was 25pg with a RSD of 78%. The results from the ELISA method was well correlated with the results from the TLC method. It is suitable for the analysis of AFB1 in food and feed.
