摘　　要：自５０年代以来，四川省已收集、保存作物种质资源２２０００余份；通过性状鉴定和遗传评价，筛选出一批高配合力、高抗病虫、优质的优异种质；通过远缘杂交，生物技术，创造了一批特异新种质。文中还讨论了生物技术在作物种质资源研究中的应用前景等问题。accessions of crop germplasms have been collected and conserved in Sichuan Province since 1970s.A plenty of useful germplasms with high combining ability,high resistance to diseases and pests and good quality were screened by genetic evaluation.And several special materials were developed by distant crossing and biotechnology.The prospect of employing biotechnoloy for crop germplasm researches were discussed.
