大速差射流燃烧技术在水泥回转窑上的应用研究

摘　　要：本论文为凡口铅锌矿水泥厂“以节能为重点、优质、高产、低消耗”科技发展规划实施重点内容之一。利用多种气体的同向流动，人为地控制其速度，造成设定的速度差，以便在某种特定的装置区域中产生强烈的负压区，使高温烟气回流到惯常的风煤混合气流中，预热风温，改善风煤混合，稳定火焰形状，强化燃烧，以满足因掺烧无烟煤而变化的燃烧特点，从而实现利用本地无烟煤代替烟煤（该混合煤在水泥行业被称之为劣质煤）煅烧水泥熟料的目的。By controlling the velicities of each of the cocurrently flowing gases to achieve the fixed velocity differences,a strong negative pressure will be formed in certain region of a special device.It can make the high temperature flue gas recycling into the mixed stream of air and pulverized coal,thus preheating the air,improving the mixing of air and coal powders,stabilizing the flame structure and intensifying combustion.By employing this technique,it is possible to substitute the local poor quality anthracite coal instead of bituminous coal for incinerating clinker in cement production.
