摘　　要：本文根据福州客运段既有乘务用房扩建改造与抗震加固设计工程实例的剖析，提出设计中应考虑的若干问题和采取的有效的技术措施，以保证建筑物的安全可靠。可供同类建筑物扩建改造与抗震加固设计时参考。In this paper, the engineering example of extension-reform and anti-seismic-reinforcement design for the existing attendant building of Fuzhou Railway.Transportion Department is analysed. In order to guarantee the safety of the building, some effective techniques and some aspests that should be considered are provided. All these can be takes as a reference for other designs of extension-reform and anti-seismic-reinforcement project
