摘 要:复合杂交能丰富后代遗传基础,可能选出优点突出或突破性品种,但方向难测,规模及选择难度很大。利用优良基因结合体进行阶梯式杂交的方法(E·G·S·C育种法)可以把单交与各种复交有机融合在一起,能够极大地缩小育种规模,集中选择目标,减少选择难度,集中多个亲本优良性状,造出遗传基础相当丰富的基因型,从而使选育适应各种需要的突破性品种变得比较容易和有把握。应用模式3,经过8~15年已陆续育出具高蛋白高赖氨酸、白皮大粒、商品型高产优质及高产大穗抗倒广适等特性各异的4个系列品种。应用模式1与模式2将会有更好的效果,只是复杂程度更高。Compared with usual multiple crosses,the E·G·S·C method (stepped cross between excellent genotypes(F 3)and current elite varieties)can reduce breeding scale,accumulate more parents' excellent characters, focus on selection of objectives characters and combine the simple-crossing with composite crossing effectively.This method can make it easier to select a genotype with rich hereditary background and select good varieties for all kinds of needs.Of the E·G·S·C methods,mode1 and 2 will be more effective but more complex,which can be used by younger breeding workers equipped with better conditions.With mode 3,four varieties were developed during 1974-1989.These varieties have the characteristics of high protein and high lysine,Large and white grain,high yield and good quahity,big ear ,resistance to lodging and extensive adaptability.
