摘  要:研究了两系核不育水稻363S的育性转换规律和育性的遗传。初步认为363S是一个低温诱导的雄性不育,而高温、短日诱导的可育的光温敏核质互作型雄性不育系。在绵阳6~7月的自然长日下,其育性转换的临界温度约26℃,经12h的短日处理,其育性转换的临界温度约24℃。用恢复系和保持系测定,F1代植株的育性有明显近似野败不育系的恢保关系。F1代前期不育的植株。The fertility conversion and heredity of a new genetic male sterile rice line 363S were studied.The results showed that 363S was sensitive to photoperiod and temperature,low temperature and short photoperiod make it fertile.The critical temperature for fertility conversion was about 26℃ under the condition of natural photoperiod and about 24℃ under the condition of 12hr.short photoperiod treatment.If the restorer and maintainer lines of the wild type CMS rice lines were used to test 363S,the F1 plants showed a restorer and maitainer relationship like the wild type CMS rice line.The F1 plants were sterile in early growing stage,its fertility conversion seemed like that of 363S line.
