摘  要:本实验研究了种子受N2激光与γ—射线处理后对水稻成熟胚愈伤组织诱导率及其再分化的影响。结果表明:①低剂量激光辐照水稻胚后对其去分化无效应,而高剂量激光能显著降低细胞的愈伤组织形成率,对愈伤组织的再分化无明显效应。②低剂量γ—射线处理能促进水稻成熟胚细胞的去分化效应,愈伤组织形成率增加。中剂量γ—射线对去分化无效应,而高剂量γ-射线能显著地降低成熟胚细胞形成愈伤组织形成率。γ—射线对愈伤组织的再分化无效应。(3)γ—射线加激光处理后对水稻成熟胚的去分化能产生明显的复合效应;低剂量γ射线加低剂量激光处理能促进愈伤组织形成。高剂量激光处理能抑制细胞的去分化,激光剂量越大,抑制效应越明显。This experiment dealt with the effect of different doses of 60 C 0 γ ray and N 2 laser,and co treatment with both on the induction rates and re differentiation of calli that from rice embryo.Results were as follows:① There was no effect on rate of induction of rice embryo calli treated with low dosage of laser,but the induction rate of embryo calli decreased with the increase of laser dosage ② The rate of induction of embryo calli was increased at low dosage of γ ray treatment.There was no effect on the rate of induction of embryo calli at middle dosage of γ ray treatmet.At higher dosage of γ ray treatment,the rate of induction of embryo calli was highly decreased.③The ray+laser treatment interaction effect was observed in the rates of induction of embryo calli.The rate of induction of embryo calli increased at low dosage of γ ray +laser co treatment.But γ ray+high dosage of laser co treatment could inhibit the dedifferentiation of calli,the higher the laser dosage was ,the stronger inhihition effect was observed.No effect was observed on the redifferentiation of embryo calli when co treated with 60 Co γ ray and N 2 laser .
