原位包埋法在培养细胞TEM样品制备中的应用

摘　　要：研究了一种在透射电镜（ＴＥＭ）下可较好地显示培养细胞原位状态下细胞及其边界关系超微结构形态改变的方法，表明应用Ｆａｌｃｏｎ培养皿与ＣＨＬ细胞、ＰＡＰＧ固定液、Ｅｐｏｎ８１２包埋剂等材料，进行原位固定－原位包埋－二次定向包埋切片的ＴＥＭ样品制备操作法，可满足研究的需要。In order to seek a method by which ultrastructural changes and intercellular relation in situ can be fairly revealed under transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the TEM sample preparation of fixation and embedding in situ fixed direction & re embedding were taken using some materials such as Falcon dishes, PAPG fixative, CHL cells, Epon812 embedding agents, ultramicrotomy etc. The results showed this method can satisfy the needs of our research.
