摘　　要：本文介绍了建设引黄工程供电、通信网络的必要性及历程，并对电信管理工作提出了几点认识。The construction necessity,construction background,construction basis,design basic principle and construction progress of the power supply and communication system of the YRDP are briefly introduced,several ideas on their management are given in this paper.
