摘　　要：高等学校建立正确的财务管理体制，可以促使各部门在教育经费不足和经济利益出现多元化的情况下，提高资金使用效益，规范财务行为．The deeper and further development of China's economy gives rise to the demand of more talents. To supply mis demand. the all-round education system of China's school of higher education is coming into existance. With the expantion of higher education, the financial requirement is going up to the extent that beyond the government aid. TO make up for this insufficient the schools of higher education are trying to raise fund by themselves.Curently,hovever, the multiplicity of financial interests in a school is a problem which frustrate the smooth financial running.Thus, one-year investigtion on spot is made.According to the data collected up to now, a modal for the finacial control of a school is set up. if a financial control system built up on this modal, the problem could be solved,and the limited capital fund of a school could be used strictly to the point.
