摘  要:介绍了采用衍射波测量缺陷高度的技术,它克服了常规射线探伤与脉冲反射式超声波探伤测量缺陷高度不准确的缺点。实验结果表明,其测量误差可控制在±0.5~1mm之内。本文还介绍了所开发的衍射波缺陷高度测量仪的硬件与软件。该测量仪的测量误差与手工测试相同。目前该项技术及开发的测量仪已在大庆石化总厂得到了初步应用。The ultrasonic time of flight diffraction(TOFD)technique is presented in this paper.It overcomes the faults of X-ray radiography and pulse echo ultrasonic testing which can not measure flaw depth accurately.The results of experiment show that the measurement error with TOFD is in the range of ±0.5~1mm.This paper also introduces a hardware and software of equipment to measure flaw depth with TOFD.The error of measurement with the equipment is the same as the manual testing and it has been applied to Daqing Petro-chemical Group Co..
