摘 要:射滴过渡是钢焊丝MAG焊接中公认的理想过渡形式。以振动送丝方式向熔滴施加附加机械力(能量)来实现恒定直流MAG焊稳定射滴过渡是解决钢焊丝MAG焊接工艺现存问题的有效途径。本研究首先从建立附加机械力射滴过渡能量模型入手,在简要分析了实现这种过渡所需要的附加机械力条件的基础上,以电弧辐射传感为熔滴过渡的检测手段,对附加机械力射滴过渡控制进行了试验研究。着重对在常规焊接方法射滴临界电流以下所获得的熔滴过渡频率、熔滴尺寸的可控范围及焊丝熔化效率的提高等试验现象进行了分析。为钢焊丝MAG焊的应用研究开辟了一条新的途径。The most expected transfer mode in MAG welding of steel is the projected transfer. It is an effective method to solve the existent problems in MAG welding of steel by injecting mechanical force to the metal droplet.The stable projected transfer can be achieved easily in MAG welding with constant current usingoscillating wire feeding.In this paper an energy model is established firstly and the required additional mechanical force of projected transfer can be attained.Based on the above work, by taking a special arc light sensor as the monitoring means,the experimental research is practiced.Emphasizing on the frequency of droplet transfer under the critical current of projected transfer in conventional MAG welding, the experimental phenomenons, such as the controllable region of droplet size and the arising of welding wire melting efficiency,are analyzed.The technology explores a new way to application of projected transfer with more flexible parmeters.
