摘 要:基于熔滴过渡的弧光辐射效应,本文研究了利用弧光辐射通量信号在线传感铝合金脉冲MIG焊熔滴过渡的可能性。研究结果表明,弧光辐射通量信号能够成功地用于铝合金脉冲MIG焊熔滴过渡的在线传感。利用这一方法,本文对不同焊接参数条件下铝合金脉冲MIG焊的熔滴过渡发生时间进行了实时检测,以此研究焊接参数对熔滴过渡行为的影响。研究结果表明,随着脉冲峰值电流的增加,熔滴过渡的发生时间提前。干伸长的变化对熔滴过渡的发生时间没有明显影响。焊接平均电流对熔滴过渡的影响的特点是,随着平均电流的增加,熔滴过渡的发生时间先是推迟而后趋于稳定。In this paper,the possibilities for the on-line sensing droplet transfer by use of the arc light radiation flux signal in pulsed MIG welding using a aluminium alloy electrode were investigated on the principle of the arc light radiation effect of droplet transfer.The result showed that the arc light radiation flux signal can be used to on-line sense the droplet transfer in pulsed MIG welding for aluminium alloy.Furthermore, the time for droplet detachment in different welding parameters was detected by means of this sensing method to investigate the influence of the parameters on the behavior of droplet transfer.As a result, the time for droplet detachment was moved up along with the increase of peak current,and the time first was postponed and then became steady along with the increase of average current.In addition,the change of wire extension had no clear effect on the time.
