天然盐碱矿生产倍半碱和食盐的工艺路线简析

摘　　要：在研究Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＮａＨＣＯ３－ＮａＣｌ－Ｈ２Ｏ体系多温相图的基础上，提出了天然盐碱矿以生产倍半碱的方法进行盐碱分离，确定了工艺路线，并对生产过程进行了分析和计算。结果表明，用生产倍半碱的方法进行盐碱分离在理论上是完全可行的。In this paper,the process analysis of production sesquisoda and sodium chloride from native salt-soda mineral is introduced according to the tetra phase diagram Na 2CO 3-NaHCO 3-NaCl-H 2O at 35℃ and 60℃.The acculation and analysis are made for the process.The results indicate that the process of preparing sesquisoda by separating salt and soda is theoretically reasonable.
