益气活血化痰方对大鼠缺血心肌保护作用的机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血化痰方对缺血心肌的保护机理。方法:采用异丙基肾上腺素性心肌缺血模型,测定大鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶总活性(T-SOD)、血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))、血浆内皮素(ET)、血降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及心肌心钠素(ANF)和 ATP 酶。结果:心肌缺血大鼠血浆 T-SOD 活性降低、TXB_2、ET 增加,6-keto-PGF_(1α)、CGRP 减少,TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)与 ET/CGRP 比值增加,心肌 ANF 减少、ATP 酶活性降低。用本方治疗可纠正上述变化。结论:益气活血化痰法是通过提高 SOD、ATP 酶活性和纠正血管活性物质的失衡而保护缺血心肌的。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Recipe (YHHR) in treating myocardial ischemia.Methods:Isoproterenol induced myocardial ischemia model was used,and plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD), Thromboxane B_2(TXB_2),6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1a)(6KP),endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP), myocardial atrial natriuretic factor(ANF)and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase)of the experimental animals were ob- served.Results:The SOD,6KP,CGRP,TXB_2/6KP,ANF and ATPase of myocardial ischemia rats decreased and the TXB_2,ET,TXB_2/6KP ratio and ET/CGRP increased.And YHHR could adjust the above-mentioned changes in rat. Conclusion:YHHR could protect myocardium from ischemic injury by enhancing activity of SOD and ATPase,and cor- recting imbalance of vaso-active substances.
