强心冲剂对实验性心力衰竭猫血流动力学、心脏内分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在观察强心冲剂对模型动物血流动力学及心脏内分泌指标血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)的影响。方法:通过中药强心冲剂对静脉输注一定量3％戊巴比妥钠所致的心力衰竭(心衰)猫模型作用的实验研究来观察强心冲剂的药效学作用。结果:强心冲剂可显著恢复心衰猫模型左心室内压峰值(LVSP),增加心输出量(CO)及心脏指数(CI),升高左室内压变化速率(±dp/dt max);并可显著降低外周血 ANP、ATⅡ水平。结论:本制剂可显著改善心衰猫模型心肌舒缩功能,具有较好的心肌保护作用;并可调节心脏内分泌激素 ANP、ATⅡ水平,抑制心衰的恶性循环。Objective:To study the hemodynamics of Qiangxin granule(QXG)and its effects on cardiac endocrine indexes,such as angiotensin Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ)and atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP)of experimental cats with cardiac failure,Methods:By injecting certain dose of pentoharbital natrium into cats to induce cardiac failure which served as models,then the effect of the drug on the models were studied.Results:QXG could remarkably recover the model's left ventricular systolic pres- sure,increase cardiac output and cardiac index,accelerate the±dp/dt max of left ventricle,notably decrease the level of ANP and AT Ⅱ in peripheral blcod.Conclusions:QXG could markedly improve the model's diastolic and systolic func- tions of myocardium,having a good protective effect on myocardiurn and it could adjust the level of cardiac endocrine hor- mone (ANP and AT Ⅱ),inhibiting the vicious circle of heart failure.
