益气软脉方药血清对培养血管壁细胞影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气软脉方药对血管壁内皮、平滑肌细胞的影响,探讨益气软脉方药防治动脉粥样硬化的作用机理。方法:应用组织培养技术,体外培养血管壁内皮、平滑肌细胞;并应用中药灌胃,制作益气软脉方药血清。结果:表明益气软脉方药血清有抑制平滑肌细胞增殖,保护内皮细胞形态结构,降低细胞内过氧化脂质,提高超氧化物歧化酶活力,提高人内皮细胞孵育液中前列环素与血栓素比值。结论:提示益气软脉方药有清除自由基,保护细胞超微结构等作用,起到干预影响内皮、平滑肌细胞在动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中的细胞行为,达到影响动脉粥样硬化进程的作用。Objective:To observe the influence of medicated serum of Yiqi Ruanmai Recipe(YRR)on smooth muscle cell and endothelial cell,in order to probe its mechanism of effect in preventing and curing atherosclerosis.Methods:The endothe- lial cell and smooth muscle cell were prepared with tissue culture technique in vitro.And the medicated serum of YRR was made of YRR medicated by gastrogavage in rabbit.Results:YRR could inhibit proliferation of smooth musclecell,protect the shape and structure of endothelial cell,decrease peroxide lipid in cells,elevate the activity of superoxide and ratio of prostaglandin and thromboxane in human endothelial cell culture fluid.Conclusion:YRR could scavenge free radical,pro- tect the ultrastructure of cell so as to influence the behavior of smooth muscle cell and endothdial cell in the development of atherosclerosis,and thus to prevent and cure arthemsclemsis.
