通脉祛风汤对脑缺血再灌流大鼠血清丙二醛及红细胞SOD活性的影响

摘  要:目的:从自由基角度以血清 MDA 及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性为指标探讨通脉祛风汤治疗缺血性脑血管病的机理。方法:采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉30min 再灌流1h 的方法制造大白鼠急性脑缺血再灌流模型,观察了通脉祛风汤对该模型血清丙二醛 MDA及红细胞 SOD 活性的影响。结果:通脉祛风汤能够使急性脑缺血再灌流大鼠血清 MDA 含量明显下降,使红细胞 SOD 活性明显提高,与模型组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:通脉祛风汤具有提高急性脑缺血再灌流大鼠红细胞 SOD 活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应等作用。本实验为临床治疗缺血性中风提供了实验依据。Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tongmai Qufeng decoction(TMQFD)in treating ischemic stroke from the viewpoint of free radical.Methods:The acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model of rats was made by spliting bilateral common carotid artery for 30 minutes following with reperfusing for one hour.The effect ot' TMQFD on serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and activity of red blood cell superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the model rats were observed.Re- sults:Serum level of MDA decreased and SOD activity improved after TMQFD treatment,there has obvious difference as compared with the model group,P<0.01.Conclusion:TMQFD could improve the activity of red blood cell SOD,inhibit lipid peroxidation in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.The results provides an experimental reference for treatment of is- chemic cerebrovascular disease with TMQFD in clinical practice.
