补气通肺汤对博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化影响的实验研究

摘  要:目的:观察补气通肺汤对大鼠肺纤维化的影响。方法:将大白鼠随机分组及给药,分期分别进行肺组织羟脯氨酸(HP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及血清 SOD 测定,并进行肺组织学检查。结果:补气通肺汤、地塞米松组可明显抑制肺纤维化、降低肺组织 HP 含量。在提高 SOD 活力方面补气通肺汤明显优于地塞米松,且能提高大鼠生命质量,对肺纤维化的抑制作用也优于地塞米松。结论:补气通肺汤可抑制肺纤维化。Objective:To seek a traditional Chinese medicine for treating the bleomyein-induced pulmonary fibrosis.Methods: Forty Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups at random.Normal eontrol group(n=10),Neomycin-induced pulmonary fi- brosis group(n=30)which included three sub-groups:untreated model group(n=10),Buqi Tongfei Decoction(BTD) group(n=10),dexamethasone acetate(Dex)group(n=10).Both BTD and Dex group were given different treatment daily,the other two groups were given normal saline as control groups.All the rats were killed on the 7th day or 28th day after treatment at random.The level of hydroxyprocline(HP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),as well as the histopathologic examination were used to evaluate the result of treatments.Results:BTD and Dex could obviously reduced fibrosis and HP content.In addition,the effect of BTD improving the activity of SOD was stronger than that of Dex.BTD could also improve the life quality of rats.Conclusion:BTD is of great benefit to the treatment for pulmonary fibrosis.
