黄丹冲剂对肥胖糖尿病大鼠糖化血红蛋白及肾小球基底膜变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄丹冲剂对模型大鼠糖化血红蛋白(HBA_1c)及肾小球基底膜变化的影响。方法:采用链脲菌素(30mg/kg)处理 SD 大鼠,并加喂高热量食物,建立类似Ⅱ型糖尿病的肥胖糖尿病大鼠模型,给模型鼠灌服黄丹冲剂,观察其降 HBA_1c 及对肾小球基底膜的保护作用。结果:黄丹冲剂虽无降血糖作用,却有明显降低 HBA_1c 及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚的作用。结论:该方能降低 HBA_1c 及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚。Objective:To observe the effect of Huangdan granule(HDG)on the value of hemoglobin A_(1c)(HBA_(1c))and the changes of glomerular basement membrane in experimental model rats.Methods:Obese diabetic rat models similar to dia- betes type 2 was established through treating with streptozotocin(STZ,30mg/kg),and feeding with high fat and carbo- hydrate diet.Then HDG was given orally to 40 model rats.Resnlts:HDG could not decrease the value of blood sugar, but could decrease the value of HBA_(1c)and abate or delay the paehynsis of glomerular basement membrane.Conclusion: HDG could decrease HBA1c and abate or delay the pachynsis of glomerular basement membrane.
