补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血造血与免疫失调治疗的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:证实补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血造血与免疫失调的治疗作用。方法:利用免疫介导再生障碍性贫血动物模型,观察补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血造血与免疫失调的治疗作用。结果:用药组抑制细胞活性,CD_3^+细胞和 CD_8^+细胞较对照组明显减低(P<0.05):用药组小鼠骨髓有核细胞数、Hb、WBC BPC 在第12天均高于对照组(P<0.05);病理组织学显示用药组至第12天骨髓见散在增生灶,第60天基本恢复正常。结论:提示补肾泻肝方具有明确的解除 CD_8^+细胞对造血的抑制,同时促进造血干细胞生长的作用。Objective:The thesis focused on the therapeutic effect of tonifying Kidney and purging Liver Fire prescription(TK- PLP)on hematopoiesis and abnormal immunoregulation with aplastic anemia.Methods:The effect of the tonifying Kid- ney and purging Liver Fire prescription on hematopoiesis and immunity were observed by immunologically mediated aplas- tic anemia in model mice.Results:The activities of suppressive cell and CD_3^+ and CD_8^+ in TKPLP group were apparent- ly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05),the number of bone marrow nuclear cells and the levels of Hb, WBC,BPC in mice were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05)on day 12.It was demonstrated by patho- histology that in the bone marrow had diversed proliferation spots on day 12,and was shift toward normal on day 60. Conclusions:All above suggested that TKPLP could treat aplastic anemia by eliminating the immunosuppression of CD_8^+ on hematopoiesis,meanwhile stimulating the growth of hemapoietic stem cells.
