固齿健周汤对老年小鼠白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-2生成的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究中药—固齿健周汤对老年小鼠白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)生成的影响。方法:用固齿健周汤灌喂老年小鼠(19月龄)3周,观察其体内 IL-1、IL-2水平变化,并与老年小鼠(19月龄)及青年小鼠(3月龄)作对照。结果:老年小鼠的 IL-1、IL-2水平显著低于青年小鼠(P<0.05,P<0.001),显示衰老与白细胞介素的关系。老年用药组的 IL-1、IL-2明显高于老年对照组(P<0.01,P<0.001),其中 IL-2回升到青年组水平。结论:固齿健周汤通过补肾固本、清热解毒有提高老年小鼠白细胞介素水平、调节免疫功能的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Guchi Jianzhou decoction(GCJZD)in the production of IL-1 and IL-2 in aged mice.Methods:Aged mice(19 months old)were fed with GCJZD for three weeks and then IL-1 and IL-2 levels were examined.A group of young mice(3 months old)and a group of aged mice(19 months old)were used as controls.Re- sults:The levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in the aged mice were significantly lower than those of young mice(P<0.05—0.001), demonstrating the relationship of interleukin with the aging process.After GCJZD had been administered for three weeks, the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 returned to the normal range,equal to those of the young mice.Conclusion:The GCJZD has the effect of increasing the function of the interleukins and improving the immune status.The GCJZD regulates immune function by tonifying the Kidney to arrest spontaneous emission,reducing fever and detoxication.
