穴位注射免疫抑制剂对家兔移植物抗宿主反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射免疫抑制剂对家兔移植物抗宿主反应的影响。方法:20只家兔经大鼠胸腺匀浆致敏后分为穴位注射组和肌肉注射组。穴位注射组取穴足三里、三阴交,按2mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)剂量穴位注射环孢素 A(CsA)。肌肉注射组由家兔臀部注入相同剂量CsA。15天后取家兔淋巴细胞观察对大鼠移植物抗宿主反应(GVHR)。结果:穴位注射组和肌肉注射组家兔淋巴细胞 GVHR 强度较实验前均有下降。但穴位注射组 GVHR 下降幅度高于肌肉注射组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射 CsA 可明显提高 CsA 的免疫抑制作用。Objective:To study effect of acupoint injection with immunosuppressor on graft versus host reaction(GVHR)in rabbits Methods:Twenty rabbits hypersensitized with thymus tissue homogenate was divided into acupoint injection (API)group and intramuscular injection(MI)group.In the API group,cyclosporin A(CsA)with dose of 2 mg/kg per day was injected into Zusanli(足三里,St.36)and Sanyinjiao(三阴交,Sp.6)point,while in the MI group the same dose of CsA was injected intramuscularly per day.Lymphocyte of the experimental animals was collected after 15 days of treat- ment for the test of GVHR.Results:The GVHR lowered in both groups after treatment,and the reduction in the API group was higher than that in the MI group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The immunosuppression of CsA could be significantly enhanced by acupoint injection.
