摘 要:目的:研究龟龄集对老年大鼠杏仁体超微结构衰老变化的影响。方法:选用24只 Wistar 成年健康雄性大鼠,分为对照组和实验组。实验组14月龄时开始加喂龟龄集。动物22月龄时被灌注固定、取脑切片、透射电镜观察并拍片,用 MIAS-300图像分析仪对杏仁体脂褐素进行图像定量分析。结果:与对照组比较,服用龟龄集的实验组老年大鼠杏仁体胞膜清晰、线粒体结构稳定、神经毡构造正常,脂褐素在杏仁体的细胞中所占面积比对照组减少近80%(P<0.001)。结论:龟龄集能够减轻老年大鼠杏仁体的衰老变化,使杏仁体神经细胞及其生存环境得到改善,对杏仁体超微结构具有保护作用,可以延缓衰老进程。Objective:To study the anti-aging effect of Guilingji(GLJ)on amygdala ultrastructure in senile rats.Methods: Twenty-four adult,male Wistar rats were used and divided into control group and experimental group that took GLJ with forage from month 14 to 22,lasting 8 months.In the 22nd month,the rats were fixed by a routine fixative and brain coronal sections(50 μm thick)through the middle of amygdala were cut.The ultrathin sections were examined and pho- tographed with electron microscope.Lipofuscin levels in the photographs were measured under MIAS-300 image pattern analysis instrument.Results:In comparison with control group,experimental group fed GLJ showed that the membrane of amygdala cells was clear and the structure of mitochondria was stable and the lipofuscin levels in neuron and glia de- creased accompanying neuropile sounds.Conclusions:GLJ might delay senility of amygdala in brain and protect amyg- daloid body ultrastructure.
