加芪合剂对脾虚小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加芪合剂对脾虚小鼠的影响。方法:将小鼠灌服大黄液制造脾虚模型,应用加芪合剂(3组剂量分别为27.5、13.75、6.88g/kg)及对照药参芪片(0.55g/kg)进行治疗,观察给药前后小鼠身体状态况变化及小肠炭末推进功能。结果:模型小鼠表现为便溏、纳呆、毛散无华、疲倦、畏寒、脱肛(部分)等,且与正常小鼠比较,其体温、体重及胸腺和脾脏系数明显降低(P<0.01),冷水(15±1℃)游泳存活时间缩短(P<0.01),并表现出小肠推进功能亢进(P<0.01)。加芪合剂、参芪片治疗后,上述指标均恢复至正常(与正常对照组比较,P>0.05;与模型对照组比较,P<0.05,P<0.01),两种药物作用一致。结论:加芪合刑具有健脾功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiaqi Mixture(JQM)on Spleen-asthenia mice.Methods:Spleen-asthenia model was established by gastrogavage rhubarb solution.The model mice were divided into 4 groups,and 3 dosages(27. 5g/kg,13.75g/kg,6.88g/kg)of JQM were given to group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ respectively,and Shenqi tablet(SQT)0.5/kg was given to group Ⅳ.The changes of general condition and the function of small-intestinal movement before and after treatment were observed.Results:The model mice manifested as sloppy stool,poor appetite,lusterless hair,fatigue of spirit,fear of chill,prolapse of rectum(partial),compared with normal mice,the temperature and weight of body and the coefficeint of spleen and thymus reduced markedly(P<0.01),the time of living in cold water(15±1℃)shortened(P <0.01).After treatment with JQM and SQT,all ahove-mentioned parameters returned to normal quickly(compared with normal control group,P>0.05;compared with model control group,P<0.05～0.01).The effect of JQM was similar to SQT.Conclusion:JQM possessed the same function of invigorating Spleen as SQT.
