摘 要:目的:探讨加味四君子汤阻断大鼠胃癌前期病变机理。方法:采用甲硝基亚硝基胍化学诱导建立胃癌前期病变模型,同时投以加味四君子汤,以研究中药对胃癌前期病变的阻断作用。结果:诱发率造模组为35.0%(7/20),中药组(1240mg/kg)和对照组分别为11.1%(2/18)和10.5%(2/19),与造模组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在胃癌前期病变中,胃癌前期细胞已发生表面特异性糖基的改变,中药对胃癌前期病变可能有一定的阻断作用。Objective:To study the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of Jiawei Sijunzi decoction (JSD) on gastric precancerosis of rats.Methods:N-methyl-NNG was used to induce the model of gastric precancerosis in Wistar rats,and JSD was given to the rats at the same time.Results:The precancerosis-inducing rate in the model group was 35.0% (7/20);in the JSD group and the control group,the precancerosis-inducing rates were 11.1% (2/18) and 10.5% (2/19) respectively,and the different was significant when compared with model group.Conclusion:The cell of gastric precancerosis has developed the structural change of specific epiglycosyl and the JSD could inhibit the precancerous process of gastric.
