银鲫和建鲤血液外源生长激素代谢动力学

摘　　要：采用草鱼生长激素夹心式酶联免疫吸附测定法（ＥＬＩＳＡ），研究了重组鲤鱼生长激素（ｒｃＧＨ）在银鲫和建鲤血液中的代谢规律．银鲫每ｇ体质量腹腔注射ｒｃＧＨ１μｇ后，血清ＧＨ水平迅速升高，２ｈ时达峰值，８ｄ后血清ＧＨ水平仍未恢复正常值．而每ｇ体质量腹腔注射ｒｃＧＨ０．２μｇ后，银鲫血清ＧＨ却较为缓慢升高，６ｈ后才达峰值，８ｄ后血清ＧＨ水平已恢复正常值．银鲫每ｇ体质量腹腔注射ｒｃＧＨ０．２，１，５μｇ后，仅０．２μｇ组在２ｄ后血清ＧＨ水平恢复正常值，其余两剂量组在８ｄ后仍未恢复正常值．建鲤每ｇ体质量腹腔注射ｒｃＧＨ０．５，１，５μｇ后，血清ＧＨ水平分别在第３，５。Using the sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellas) growth hormone developed,kinetics of rcGH in crucian carp and jian carp blood after administrations of rcGH were investigated. Serum GH levels in crucian carp following an intraperitoneal(i p ) injection of rcGH (1 μg/g) increased quickly, reaching maximum after 2 h, didn't return to normal level after 8 d, whereas serum GH levels post an i p injection of rcGH ( 0.2 μg/g ) to crucian carp increased slowly, reaching a maximum post 6 h and returned to normal levels after 8 d. Following 3 i p injections of rcGH (0.2,1,5 μg/g) to crucian carp simultaneously, serum GH levels in 0.2 μg/g group returned to normal levels after 2 d, but serum GH levels in 1 and 5 μg/g group didn't still return to normal values after 8 d. Serum GH levels post 3 i p injections of rcGH (0.5,1, 5 μg/g) to jian carp at the same time returned to normal values after 3,5 and 7 d postinjection, respectively.
