摘  要:1995~1997年,在闽北小流域的尤溪、浦城县不同水稻品种上按全国农药田间药效试验准则的分级标准抽样调查,测定水稻纹枯病的损失估计。结果表明,病株个体的病级高低与损失呈正相关。应用新复极差测验和以y=aebx建立曲线关系的分析,病级之间的损失呈显著或极显著差异。对病株群体应用L理论值估计与实测的损失基本符合。1995~1998年应用垄栽、畦栽和适时搁田对控制水稻纹枯病试验和示范研究。结果表明,按照水稻不同生育期对水分的要求,严格科学水位管理,控制水稻纹枯病的效果达70%左右,与井岗霉素1万单位的防效相近。1997~1998年100hm2示范片的病指防效分别为67.2%~67.9%(临江)和78.9%~63.8%(玉池),L理论值产量损失为1.19%~0.84%。According to disease grade standard of Natinal Experiment Principle for Evaluating Chemicals Efficiency in Field Condition, the damage caused by rice sheath blight,was estimated with sampling investigation in different early rice varieties in Youxi and Pucheng of the small drainge area in north Fujian from 1995-1997 The result indicated that the loss level was positive to the disease grade of individual diseased plant The loss difference among the disease grades were significant or extremely significant, with the analysis of SSR determination and =ae bx equation The loss caused by the diseased plant colony was identical to that of practical determination The control test and demonstration of the rice sheath blight were taken with hill culture, bed culture and interval field draining ,according to the water demand of rice in different growth period, and maintained the water level with comprehensive management The result showed that the controlling efficiency of rice sheath blight was about 70%, that was similar to that of validamycin A 10000 unit The index of disease controlled efficiency in 100hm 2 demonstration field was 67 2%-67 9%(Pucheng)and 78 9%-63 8%(Youxi), The yield loss of L theoretical value was about 1 19%-0 84 % in 1997-1998
