复方决明子冲剂对大鼠血脂调节的研究

摘　　要：目的:为临床治疗高血脂症提供新型中药制剂。方法:将40只Wistar雄性大鼠根据大鼠的体重分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组10只,分别于实验后第14天及第28天对低、中、高剂量组血清TC、血清TG、血清HDL—C、HDL—C/TC比值、AI指数进行测定。结果:与饲以高脂饲料的阳性对照组大鼠相比,实验第14天及第28天时务实验组大鼠血清TC含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。HDL—C/TC比值,第14天时低、中、高剂量组和第28天时中、高剂量组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。AI比值,第14天时高剂量组和第28天时中、高剂量组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。本实验未见受试物对TG有影响。结论;认为新中药组方——复方决明子冲剂具有调节血脂的作用。Objective: To provide neotype preparation of traditional Chinese medicine for clinically treating hyperlipemia. Methods: According to rat's weight, fourty Wistar malerats were devided into 4 group. Per group was included ten rats. They are control group (CG), lower dosage group (LD), moderate dosage group (MD) and higher dosage group (HD). To determine serum TC . serum TG . serum HDL - C , HDL C/TC and AI of LD, HD in the fourteenth and twenty -eight. Results: As compared with positive CG rats of feeding high fat forage in the fourteenth and twenty-eighth. Serum TC of experimental group rats is more signicantly lower then CG (P<0. 05). HDL -C/TC of the LD, MD, HD in the fourteenth and MD, HD in the twenty- eighth is all more significantly higher than CG (P < 0. 05). AI of the HD in the fourteenth and MD in the twenty -eight is all more significantly lower than CG (P<0. 05). Serum TG hasn't influence for receiver in the experiment.——Compound Cassia tora Electuory possess actionof regulating the blood fat.
