血小板活化在风湿性心脏病患者中的意义

摘　　要：目的:了解风湿性心脏病患者血小板活化状态。方法:用酶联免疫法检测风湿性心脏病患者血浆颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)含量。结果:风湿性心脏病患者血浆GMP-140含量显著高于健康者(P<0.05)。在不同心脏功能的患者中,Ⅱ级心功者血浆GMP-140含量与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.005),Ⅲ级心功者血浆GMP-140含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。心衰伴风湿活动的患者,血浆GMP-140含量亦明显增加。结论:部分风湿性心脏病患者体内血小板被高度激活,这可能有助于风心病患者血栓的形成。Objective:To investigate the state of platelet activation in patients with rheumatic heart disease. Methods:The plasma Concentration of granule membrance protein 140 (GMP- 140) in patients with rheumatic heart disease was detected by ELISA method. Resuts: The plasma concentration of GMP- 140 in patients with rheumatic heart disease was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects (P < 0.05) Among diffemt patients of cardiac function, there was no significant difference for class II and control group ( P > 0.05) . But in patients with cardiac function of class III was significantly higher than that of central group ( P < 0.05) . The plasma GMP- 140 was also increased significantly in patients of heart failure with rheumatic activity. Conclusion: The platelet in partial patients with rheumatic heart disease was markedly activated, which may controbuted to thrombosis in patients with rheumatic heart disease.
