心脉通片对兔颈动脉血栓形成及凝血时间影响的实验研究

摘　　要：心脉通片由毛冬青、当归、丹参、三七等中药组成。本实验用兔颈动脉血栓模型观察其对动脉性血栓的影响,用玻片法观察其对凝血时间的影响。实验结果显示,心脉通片分两个计量组558、1118mg/kg连续三天灌胃给药,其血栓湿重分别为9.54±3.68mg、6.32±2.98mg,较生理盐水组(16.69±4.09mg)明显减轻(p<0.01),心脉通片的凝血时间分别为335±44sec、386±39sec,较生理盐水组(158±21sec)亦明显延长(p<0.01)。表明心脉通片能抑制动脉血栓形成和延长凝血时间。This study observes the effects of XINMATONG, a drug consisting of traditional Chinese medicine, on the thrombosis in rabbit jugular arterial thrombosis model and the clotting time in rabbits. The result shows that the mean thrombus weights in XINMATTONG group when administration of X1NMATTONG at the dose of 558, 1118mg/kg i.g three days decrease significantly compared with that in the control group ( P < 0.01) , and also, the clotting time in XINMATTONG group lenghtens significantly compared with that in the control group (P < 0.01). These indicate that XINMATIONG has antithrombotic action and has effect against blood coagulation.
