摘　　要：The inclusion complexation reaction of β-cyclodextrin with estradiol benzoate (EB) in the presence ofcetyltrimethylammonium bromide has been studied by means of UV absorption and fluorescent spectrometry. The reaction conditions, the formation constant, the mechanism of the host-guest inclusion complexhave been studied and a simple, highly sensitive fluorescent synergistic method for the determination of EBhas been established with satisfactory results.The inclusion complexation reaction of β-cyclodextrin with estradiol benzoate (EB) in the presence ofcetyltrimethylammonium bromide has been studied by means of UV absorption and fluorescent spectrometry.
