摘　　要：针对Y4－80型砖窑风机功耗大、噪音大、效率低的现状，介绍了SJ30B型中小型砖瓦烧结窑风机研制的有关内容，该风机由离心改为轴流，不仅大大降低了功耗，而且使流量不足变为流量超裕；以提高设计点效率为目标，合理设计叶片叶栅；对风机噪声进行了分析，在工艺和结构上采取措施取得了明显的降噪效果．In this text, the study on SJ30B type brickkiln blower is introduced in the light of Y4-80 type's,Being improved by centrifuga1 for axial,this blower has reduced power loss and made overflow. To raise working efficiency, vanes and cascades have bccn designed reasonably,Some measures have been adopted to use in technology and struc1ure for the reason of noise-free through noise analysis.
