人参皂甙的一种HPLC分析法

摘　　要：采用键合氨基柱,乙醇-醋酸铵溶液为流动相,建立了人参皂甙的一种HPLC分析法,线性范围为4～40μg,RSD小于3.8％。A study on the HPLC method for the determination of Ginseng saponins has been proposed. The separation were obtained isocratically with ethanol - ammonium acetate (0.02 mol/L) (98.5/1.5) on a bonded - NH2 phase. The flow rate was 0.8mL/min and the peaks were monitored at 203 nm. The calibration curves of all saponins showed a favorable straight line ralationship over the concentration range of 4-40/μg. RSD was not more than 3.8%.
