摘　　要：油库安全文化是指以安全工作为中心,建立在物质基础上的、与全体人员安全意识和安全活动密切相关的精神活动的总和;是保障油库安全的原动力。安全文化的建设在于提高全体员工的素质。Safety culture of oil depot indicates the sum total of cultural activities centring safety work,based on material culture and connected closely with the whole staff's safety consciousness and activities,which is also motivity to ensure oil depot safety.The construction of safety culture lies in upgrading the quality of the workers and stuff members.
