氢化物-无色散原子荧光法测定血液中硒的研究

摘  要:本文用氢化物-原子荧光法测定血液中硒的含量。测定健康者30人,血液中硒的平均含量为124.60±11.2ng/ml;肿瘤及心脏患者23人,其血液中硒的平均值为82.35±6.5ng/ml.测定结果表明,肿瘤及心脏病患者血液中硒的含量明显低于正常人。该方法的回收率为90.54—107.00%,相对标准偏差小于6.6%,检出限为6.5×10^(-10)g.The paper was studied to determinate selenium in human blood by using hydride generationatomic fluorescence specrtrometry.In thirty healthy subjects,the average of selenium in blood was 124.60±11.2ng/ml;in twenty-three patients with phymatosis or coronary heart,the average of selenium was 82.35±6.5ng/ml.The experimental results indicated that the difference was signification between the healths and the patients.As to the determination method, the recovery varied from 90.5% to 107.0%,the RSD was less than 6.6% and LD was 6.5×10^(-10)g.
