血浆置换结合联合化疗治疗活动性强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：我们采用自动血浆分离器进行血浆置换与环磷酸胺、利美达松、氨甲碟吟和柳氮磺胺吡啶联合化疗相结合治疗AS，来探讨血浆置换结合联合化疗治疗活动性强直性脊柱炎（AS）的机理及疗效。结果显示治疗组的临床表现及化验室指标明显恢复，治疗组与对照组互、Ⅱ、Ⅲ总有效率分别为97．7％，87．87％，82．22％和48．27％，治疗组与对照组比较，有显著性差（P<0.05，P<0.001，P＜0.001）。结论：血浆置换结合联合化疗治疗活动性AS，起效更快，疗效更高，缓解期更长，而副作用无明显增加，是治疗活动性AS的一种更有效的措施。In order to investigate the mechanism and curative effect of the therapy of plasma exchange combined with CLMS chemotherapy to treat active ankylosing spondylitis,Autopheresis-C plasmapheresis system was used to do plasma exchange,and the same time cyclophosphamide (C), limethason (L), methotrexate (M), sulfasalazine (S) were used. The results showed that the clinical feature were markedly improved and the laboratory indexes were obviously resumed in the treated group. The total effective rate in the treated group and contral group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ were 97. 7 %, 87. 87%, 82. 22 % and 48. 27% respectively (P<0. 005,P<0.001, P<0. 001). Conclusion: PE combined with CLMS chemotherapy has faster, better results,little side effects and longer emission stage than the other two treatments,and is a more effective measure for active ankyylosing spondylitis.
