摘 要:为观察慢性血透病人视功能变化,探讨其影响因素。我们对30例(60眼)慢性血透病人,采用自身对照方法,测定其透析前后视功能变化,包括视力、眼压、眼底、视野检查,同时测定透析前后血Cr、BUN、电解质和血压变化。结果所有病例均有不同程度的高血压性视网膜病变,视野异常检出率高于眼底检查,视野异常与透析前BUN水平成负相关,视野改善与BUN下降率、KT/V正相关。结论:血透病人视功能损害以高血压性病变为主,并与透析充分性有关。The majority patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis (HD) developed visual dysfunction, resulting from hypertension and long-term HD. This affected seriously HD patients' life quality. The aim of this study is to investigate the change of visual function in HD patients and to determine the relationship between visual function and hemodialytic treatment. 30 regular HD patients (60 eyes) were included in this study. Visual function tests,consisting of vision, intraocular pressure, visual field and opthalmoscopic examination, were performed within 30 min before and after HD treatment. Meanwhile Scr, BUN, blood electrolytes were analysed before and after HD. The BUN decrease rate and KT/V were calculated for each patients. In the results,All patients have hypertension retinalpath in some degree. Intraocular pressure and vision were not change before and after HD. The rates of pathological visual field were higher than that of ophthalmoscopic examination. The degree of visual field abnormality was related negatively with predialysis BUN level. improvements of visual field after HD were related positively with tile decrease rate of BUN and KT/V. Conclusion:Ophthalmoscope of HD patients showed hypertension retinalpath,which was not resume after HD.Adequate hemodilysis may improve effectively visual field.
